《 如何儲存及翻熱 / Storage & Reheating 》
常溫保存兩日 / 冷藏保存於攝氏四度格五天
Room Temp: 2 Days / Chilled (4°C): 5 Days
* 請置於密封袋或氣密盒中,存放於陰涼乾燥處。Keep sealed in an airtight bag or container in a cool, dry place.
* 若從冷藏取出,請先於室溫回溫 30 分鐘再行加熱。If chilled, return to room temperature and rest for 30 minutes before reheating.
《 翻熱烤焗步驟 / The Perfect Bake 》
< Step 1 > 焗爐預熱至 180°C Preheat oven to 180°C.
< Step 2 > 在鬆餅表面稍微噴灑少許水份,鎖住濕度。Mist the scone surface lightly with water to lock in moisture.
< Step 3 > 加熱3-5分鐘微微冷卻後食用。Bake for 3–5 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
