使用不鏽鋼平刃刀(無齒刀) 
每切一刀 均以毛巾擦淨糕跡及
*加熱後再切這樣的蛋糕切面顯得最為完整

*加熱:把刀放在熱水裡泡熱及索亁水份 / 
使用噴槍加熱刀把
